We are currently seeking for a dedicated and resourceful individual to join us as an Assistant to CDO . As the Assistant to CDO, you will work closely with the CDO to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the organization, acting as a crucial liaison between the CDO and various departments, fostering a positive work environment, and leveraging your organizational skills to support the CDO in decision-making and project advancement.

Responsibilities:



Schedule and manage the CDO appointments, meetings, and events. This includes coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure efficient use of the CDO's time. Handle and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages. Draft responses on behalf of the CDO when appropriate and ensure timely and accurate communication. Gather, analyze, and summarize information for the CDO. This may involve preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations. Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Ensure that all travel plans align with the CDO's schedule and preferences. Assist in preparing agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings attended or led by the CDO. Take meeting minutes when required and follow up on action items. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality. This includes dealing with confidential documents and discussions. Assist the CDO in delegating tasks to appropriate team members and ensuring follow-through on assigned projects. Oversee the smooth operation of the CDO's office, including managing supplies, coordinating with other departments, and handling general administrative tasks. Support the CDO in managing various projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources. This may involve working with different departments and teams within the organization. Act as a point of contact between the CDO and internal/external stakeholders. This includes communicating on the CDO's behalf and ensuring a positive and professional representation. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and other relevant topics to keep the CDO informed and prepared for strategic decision-making. Ensure the tasks and commitments made by the CDO are followed through and completed in a timely manner. This involves coordinating with other team members to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in an executive assistant role or a related administrative position. A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in office software, calendar management tools, and other relevant software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with contracts and legal documents is preferred.
Salary Range: $19 to $21 per hour (According to experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
