What it's like to be a Northbridge Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of the Information Technology department. You'll provide high-level administrative support to the CIO and IT leadership team, managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential communications.


You'll also support departmental operations, including budget tracking, event coordination, and special projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being a trusted partner to senior leadership.

If you are great at:

Communicating clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally Managing multiple priorities and staying organized under pressure Taking initiative and anticipating the needs of others Building strong relationships across teams and departments Maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment Being a team player who brings positivity and professionalism to every task

And you have:

3-5 years of experience as a Senior Administrative or Executive Assistant Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Power BI Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills Strong business acumen and attention to detail Experience coordinating meetings, events, and travel logistics
