Maverick Inspection is a rapidly growing inspection company that specializes in Remote Visual Inspection (RVI), Utility Locates, Subsurface Inspection (SSI) using ground-penetrating radar, and Commercial Drone Operations. We are seeking an Assistant Technician to join our team in Sherwood Park, Alberta, to support our growing business.

As an Assistant Technician, you will work closely with our Utility Locators, RVI Technicians, SSI Technicians, and Commercial Drone Pilots, providing valuable support in the field. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with equipment setup, maintenance, and calibration for all types of inspections
• Conducting visual inspections of assets, interpreting data, and reporting findings to the team
• Operating commercial drones and analyzing the data collected to generate comprehensive reports
• Marking underground utility lines and providing assistance with SSI jobs using ground-penetrating radar
• Providing general assistance to the team as required

The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or technical work, and strong problem-solving skills. You must be located within driving distance of Sherwood Park, as we are looking for candidates in the Edmonton area. Candidates with experience in any of the fields of work listed above will be considered for advanced positions within our company.
