Position: Grocery Assistant Team Lead

As the Grocery Assistant Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and mentoring team members to achieve exceptional customer service, sales, and operational excellence. You will embody our core principles of Quality, Scratch, Theatre, Service, and Love while ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets Maintain optimal product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control Ensure adherence to Food Safety standards Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members Foster a positive environment of teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication

Requirements

Proserve License Advanced knowledge of products, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Emails, and operations-related applications Minimum 12 months of retail experience, including 6+ months of team leadership experience Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills A great sense of humor and ability to maintain high team morale
