Support the Supply Chain Manager with daily coordination and execution across purchasing, inventory, logistics, and admin. This role is hands-on: driving for pickups/deliveries, moving goods, updating systems, and following tasks
end-to-end
to a clean close.
Duties
Logistics & Runs:
Drive to suppliers/warehouses for pickups/returns; drop off items between locations as scheduled.
Inventory Handling:
Receive, label, count, and put-away stock; assist with cycle counts and discrepancy checks.
Purchasing Support:
Prepare simple POs, confirm ETAs, follow up with vendors; maintain order trackers.
Data & Systems:
Update spreadsheets/ERP with quantities, SKUs, lot info, and delivery notes; keep records accurate and tidy.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Book couriers, schedule dock times, coordinate with store/warehouse teams.
Documentation:
File BOLs, invoices, packing lists; ensure documentation is complete and easy to find.
General Admin:
Expense submissions, basic reports, meeting notes, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Skills
Candidate Requirements (Must-Have)
Valid driver's license
and confident driving for work (short local trips).
Experience in retail/F&B/warehouse/supply chain operations.
Familiar with inventory or POS/ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, NetSuite, Lightspeed, Shopify).
Forklift/pallet jack experience (or willing to learn).
Basic data cleaning in Excel (text to columns, remove duplicates).
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Work Conditions
On-site role with frequent walking, carrying, and short drives.
Occasional early mornings/late afternoons during peak deliveries.
