Assistant Store Manager - Burnaby Lougheed

This dynamic role will involve all aspects of mentoring and inspiring an experienced team, sharing our company vision, and working to financial and operational targets.

You have a passion for what we do - connecting people to plants! You are "guest obsessed" - you believe in creating an outstanding & memorable guest (customer) experience Strategic thinker with 5+ years of solid experience in retail management Ability to identify top talent and assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members You believe in fostering a positive and respectful workplace - listening, looking for solutions and encouraging open communication among the team Strength in Microsoft Office & in utilizing POS systems for sales reporting You are organized and have exceptional time management skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and holidays This job requires extended periods of walking and standing, as well as the ability to lift 50lbs and work in various weather conditions
