Responsibilities

Supervise and assist the service technicians when necessary to ensure that quality standards and productivity requirements are met. Train the technicians in service methods, safety, policies, and procedures. Manage targeted goals and service efficiencies to ensure the ongoing success of the service department. Confirm customers concerns and follow proper diagnostic procedures to resolve customers concerns and questions.

Qualifications

Licensed Truck and Trailer Service Technician would be an asset. Possess a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently in a busy environment. Leadership ability and team-building skills to effectively supervise staff. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability. Strong prioritization skills. Must be able to push, pull, and move equipment and/or supplies of more than 50 pounds. Computer-literate and technical background. * Previous supervisory role would be an asset.
