Job Title: Tire Salesman/Assistant Manager

Location: Morden, MB

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and assessing their tire needs. Providing product information and recommendations. Processing sales transactions and managing inventory. Assisting with customer inquiries and resolving issues. Potentially assisting with store operations, such as opening/closing procedures. May involve some staff supervision and training. Ensuring a clean and organized sales floor. Meeting or exceeding sales targets. Building and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the tire or automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of tire types, sizes, and brands is an asset. Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems. Ability to handle physical demands, such as lifting tires and standing for extended periods.
