We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support our retail operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, managing store activities, to deliver exceptional customer service. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in implementing sales strategies, overseeing daily store functions, and ensuring operational excellence.
Duties
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Supervise and motivate sales staff, providing coaching and training to enhance performance.
Manage merchandising efforts, including product placement, pricing, and promotional displays.
Handle customer service issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or sales management roles.
Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in a retail setting.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Ability to manage time effectively with strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle customer service issues professionally and efficiently.
Strong negotiation skills along with good math aptitude for pricing and financial calculations.
