Assistant Sales Manager
to join our team at

Position Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the internet sales and follow-up process, ensuring every customer inquiry is handled promptly and with exceptional care.
Oversee and optimize CRM utilization, ensuring accurate data entry, follow-up tracking, and reporting.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to support, develop, and motivate sales team members.
Oversee Service Drive and DriveAI initiatives to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
Mentor and support sales consultants on the showroom floor, providing guidance and real-time assistance to close deals and improve performance.
Supervise the vehicle delivery process, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and a seamless customer experience.
Manage used vehicle operations, including pricing, inventory control, and merchandising.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and effectively manage the lease portfolio.
Assist the General Sales Manager with daily operations, performance monitoring, and process improvements.
Maintain expert-level product knowledge across all vehicle models, trims, and features to support the team and customers effectively.
Qualifications
Valid OMVIC license (required)
Proficient with dealership CRM, CDK systems
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional demeanor and appearance
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
High work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable with technology and digital retail tools
Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
