Job Description
Big Time Watches, located in Carrefour Laval, is currently looking for an Assistant Retail Store Manager. A candidate with retail sales and management experience who can truly make that difference we need in a youthful and high-energy environment.Responsibilities
- Maximize sales while giving excellent customer service and build loyalty/trust.
- Enhance sale opportunities
- Maintain personal sales per hour above minimum set average
- Responsible for acquiring, maintaining and transmitting product knowledge
- Motivate, organize and build a team,
- Communicate with the head office
- Responsible for following and transmitting proper procedures related to company policy and repairs.

- Over 1 year experience in retail/sales experience
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Retail Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- French (preferred)
- English (preferred)
