Scout for potential prospects regularly.
Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure sustained, profitable growth.
Contribute to the development of future products/services and marketing strategies through voice of the customer feedback.

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization's core competencies and differentiated capabilities and apply this knowledge to provide value-added solutions to customers.
Strong organization, planning, follow-up, and general time management skills with experience managing a sales region and prioritizing opportunities.

Facilitate strong relationships with key decision-makers at customers and prospects by leveraging all available resources.
Experience in registering and prequalifying the company with key customers to ensure eligibility for projects and tenders.
Basic Qualifications:
High school graduate or associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in security sales.
Three professional references.
Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time (vehicle provided for travel).
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Working knowledge of office software applications and sales automation tools.
1-3 years of experience in the security industry or related services and solutions.
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and technical presentation abilities.
Ability to manage a small sales team (2-3 members), assign tasks, set goals, support in presentations or negotiations, and ensure targets are achieved.
Compensation:
Annual salary: $45,000 - $50,000, based on experience.
Additional commission paid per new account ($5,000 - $15,000 per year depending on deals closed).
