Heavenly Desserts is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.

An Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining profitability in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities Include but aren't limited to:

Daily Operations Management

: Assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Staff Supervision and Training

: Oversee and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees.

Customer Service Excellence

: Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.

Inventory and Supply Management

: Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, conducting regular inventory checks and placing orders as needed.

Financial Management

: Assist in budgeting and financial planning, including tracking daily sales and managing cash flow.

Health and Safety Compliance

: Ensure the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and training sessions for staff.

Marketing and Promotions

: Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional events to attract new customers. Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures to maximize profitability. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty. Provide mentorship and conduct performance reviews to ensure staff meet company standards. Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.

What We're Looking For:



Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage staff and interact with customers effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and customer complaints. Familiarity with restaurant management software and financial tracking systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
