Assistant Restaurant Manager

What You'll Do
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll:
Oversee daily operations of Wild Sage Kitchen & Bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Drive revenue and profitability through smart strategies, promotions, and cost control.
Jump in where needed - from serving to bartending - to support the team and guests.
Develop and deliver exciting marketing campaigns and social media content.
Ensure compliance with provincial liquor and food safety regulations.
Create unforgettable guest experiences that keep people coming back.
What We're Looking For
2-3 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience
in a busy restaurant or hotel.
A true
hands-on leader
who leads by example.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to boost sales, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
Knowledge of menu creation, cost control, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and people skills - you love building relationships!
Serve It Right & Food Safe certification (WHMIS and wine certification are assets).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
