The G.O.A.T. Tap & Eatery is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at our LaSalle and Lakeshore locations. This role is ideal for a capable leader with strong organizational, interpersonal, and strategic skills who can support both daily operations and long-term growth.

The confidence to step into the General Manager role when needed

Solid understanding of FOH and BOH operations

Knowledge of labour costs, sales trends, and inventory management

Qualified applicants only - must have 2-4 years of restaurant experience

What You'll Do:

Support the GM in managing daily restaurant operations

Lead and motivate both front and back of house teams

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through strong service standards

Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development

Monitor labour costs, inventory, and sales to ensure efficiency and profitability

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
