Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team in the heart of our operations. This role is crucial in supporting our property management efforts and ensuring resident satisfaction, contributing significantly to our mission of excellence in property management.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operations of residential properties
Maintain accurate records using Yardi software
Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on resolutions
Support lease administration and data entry tasks
Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Collaborate with the property management team to enhance resident satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven experience with Yardi or similar property management software
Strong administrative skills with office experience
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and phone etiquette skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Previous experience in property management is a plus
Customer service-oriented mindset
