We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the properties' overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a background in property management or related fields.
Location and Transportation
Candidate must be from the London area (preferably east side) and must be able to use their own vehicle for property inspections, etc. We will reimburse for expenses.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations and maintenance requests.
Track and update all online records and accounts as needed (e.g. Utilities, etc).
Ensure that all emails are answered on time and the back office function is in good shape at all times.
Coordinate leasing activities, including showing units to prospective tenants and processing applications.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems, ensuring all tenant information is up to date.
Utilize Google Sheets and Excel for property management tasks, including financial reporting and lease tracking.
Provide customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants through effective sales techniques and relationship management.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.
Facilitate communication between tenants and management regarding lease agreements, renewals, and community events.
Ensure follow up on all open admin items and stay in close touch with the Property Manager.
Timesheets are required to get paid.
Skills
Previous property management experience is a must.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets.
Previous office experience with strong administrative skills.
Must be well organized and must be efficient in their work.
Strong communication skills and good written English!
Experience with customer relationship management.
Competency in data entry and maintaining organized filing systems.
Excellent phone and email etiquette for communication with tenants and vendors.
Lots of common sense.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
