Salary based on experience between $55k and $65k/year;Responsibilities
Assist the project manager with administrative tasks;
Plan and coordinate meetings in Outlook;
Analyze and coordinate consultant bids;
Create and update various Excel spreadsheets;
Create and update MS Project schedules;
Revise contract documents, check spelling and ensure distribution
distribution;
Prepare and draft minutes;
File various documents according to existing nomenclature;
Produce amendments to terms of reference;
Support the project manager in the preparation and coordination of reports;
Coordinate and respond to customer comments;
Perform any other related tasks;Qualifications
Professional and academic qualifications:
1 to 3 years experience in a similar position;
Diploma in architecture or Diploma of vocational studies in secretarial studies or Diploma of collegial studies in office automation techniques;
Excellent writing skills in both official languages;
Proficiency in Office 365 suite;
Ability to manage several files simultaneously;
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion;
Knowledge of construction and/or architecture (an asset);
Bilingualism (English and French) both oral and written;People skills:
