The role

An FC Live Content Producer works with the production, design, art, and quality verification teams to contribute and create compelling live content that the EA SPORTS FC gamer longs for.

The FC Live Content Producer will have strong knowledge of women\'s football (soccer) as a sport, including players, teams and leagues. As well as a clear understanding of Ultimate Team to help turn ideas into relevant content that improve our users\' experience.

We want to deliver an authentic experience that accurately reflects the women\'s game. Celebrating the players that are driving the game forwards through their talent and skill. If you want to help us bring these positive changes to life then this is the role for you!

Your Responsibilities

The FC Live Content Producer will work with others on the team to build live content designs. Content is produced with complex spreadsheets, documents and internal tools.

  • Be an expert in the top leagues in women\'s football (e.g. English WSL, North American NWSL & European UWCL). As well as closely monitoring/planning our female based content.
  • Translate real-world football events from both the men\'s and women\'s game into live content ideas/plans on short notice, which may sometimes require flexible work hours to mirror real-world football events.
  • Work directly in custom tools to manage live content, verify content, and publish to our players.
  • Work with other Producers to understand deadlines, targets and priority changes.
  • Work across teams to coordinate deliverables and ensure their highest quality and success.
  • Create plans and provide feedback on new features and internal tools to improve processes.
Your Qualifications
  • Good eye for game quality and advocate for the end-user experience.
  • Must be an avid fan of women\'s football (soccer).
  • Experience working with a remote team through all phases of the live product cycle.
  • An understanding of the core mechanics of Ultimate Team or other similar live service games.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in improving team efficiencies and processes.
  • 1+ years experience in Game Production/Design with relevant experience working on a live service game.
  • Experience with game production tools and software.
