We are looking for an experienced Parts and Service advisor to join our team as an assistant manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the automotive parts & service industry with at least 3 years experience. Be able to provide customers with accurate information regarding part and labor availability, pricing, and installation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, training staff, helping lead the team and ensuring that all operations run in a smooth manner.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Answer customer inquiries about parts availability and pricing.
Maintain accurate records of parts orders and inventory.
Manage both parts and service departments as one team based department.
Prepare monthly/annual budgets and forecasts for department.
Provide technical advice to customers regarding parts installation and usage.
Hire and train staff for all positions in fixed operations.
Assist with any customer concerns or negative feedback in a professional manner and find common ground to appease said customers.
Create an enjoyable work space for staff where they feel part of a team and where customers can trust the advice provided by their advisors.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
