Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Parts Assistant
to join our busy collision repair team. This role supports the parts department by ensuring all materials are received, organized, tracked, and invoiced accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accurate data in the management system. Receive, stock, and move parts throughout the shop. Handle parts returns, collect and post credits.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and solid math skills. Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient with basic computer and inventory systems. Forklift experience and mechanical knowledge are assets.
