Due to our highly regarded reputation and high standards, our 7-bay shop is always overflowing with a waitlist. Our parts division represent industry leading products like Full Tilt Performance, Air Dog, Vibratech and now an authorized CATERPILLAR parts dealer! We also feature an extensive catalogue of custom parts and products manufactured exclusively for Adrenaline Diesel. Our business consists of a Powertrain specializing Service Center, our Parts and Sales Division, a thriving Tuning and Performance Division, and a growing Machine Shop.

Responsibilities



Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories. Coordinate expert advice on parts, maintenance and repair options. Prepare estimates, orders, invoices for customers. Manage inventory control processes, including stocking shelves and maintaining accurate records. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and order fulfillment. Source, negotiate, and procure OEM, aftermarket, and performance parts. Maintain a clean and organized parts department to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with vendors to ensure best price and availability. Handle customer inquiries via phone, online, social media and in-person with professionalism and courtesy. Negotiate pricing and terms with customers while maximizing sales opportunities. Support marketing initiatives to promote parts sales.

Requirements

General knowledge of diesel parts, repair and service procedures. Proficiency in inventory management processes and retail sales practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Computer proficiency as we are generally paperless. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the diesel industry environment is highly desirable. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately. Ability to problem solve, source alternative solutions, and to learn quickly. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Ability to lift 50lbs independently. Demonstrated resourcefulness and fearlessness to achieve targets and results.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $18.00-$29.00 per hour
