Support park operations and team supervision by assisting with planning, resource management, and business activities, while helping deliver Ontario Parks' mandate with a focus on ecological sustainability.
Contribute to staff management by supporting recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Ensure program compliance and safety by monitoring enforcement practices, cash handling procedures, and visitor service standards.
Manage financial and contractual responsibilities including budgets, procurement, and service agreements.
Support risk and emergency management by contributing to risk planning and leading response efforts during critical incidents.
Act as a designated Park Warden and take enforcement action when required.

Mandatory requirements
Valid Ontario Driver's Licence.
Ability to meet certification standards for Park Warden designation and Use of Force.
Emergency First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
Licensing eligibility for public water and sewage treatment operations.
