The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving performance within the organization. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to foster a positive work environment while meeting operational goals.
Responsibilities
Support and oversee the smooth execution of daily operations across multiple work sites, ensuring service delivery meets organizational standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement.
Address and respond to daily operational calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Attend in-person client meetings to maintain strong relationships and resolve service-related concerns.
Coordinate the distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment to designated locations as required.
Prepare, review, and validate employee timesheets and work schedules to ensure accurate payroll and effective staffing.
Collect and verify cash from designated work sites and deposit funds at the bank securely and promptly.
Enter operational, attendance, and billing data accurately into client portals and internal systems.
Conduct daily site visits to supervise employees, monitor performance, and provide field-level support.
Collect cheques from clients and deposit them efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
Provide backup support for other supervisors or frontline employees during absences or peak periods.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows, resolve operational challenges, and improve service efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and all applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
Requirements
Current residence in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with a clear willingness and ability torelocate to Sudbury.
Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
NORCAT ID (mandatory for site access; can be obtained with company assistance after onboarding).
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably supervising janitorial or security personnel.
Minimum 1 year of operational experience in facility management, security services, or a related field.
Familiarity with scheduling, timesheet preparation, and workforce management systems.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry platforms.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as operational needs require
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
