As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Operational Manager who can provide structure, leadership, and clarity across our internal systems.
Role Overview
The Operational Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations across Human Resources, Accounting Management, and the Administrative Team. This role works closely with the Executive and Clinical Director to ensure that internal operations run smoothly, consistently, and in alignment with organizational values and policies.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, confident in decision making, and comfortable managing people, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
Oversee HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, compliance, and staff records
Support performance management processes in collaboration with leadership
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently
Serve as a point of contact for HR related questions from staff
Coordinate with external HR or payroll providers when required
Accounting Management
Oversee invoicing processes, payment tracking, and internal financial workflows
Coordinate with accounting professionals or bookkeepers
Monitor billing accuracy and follow up on outstanding accounts as needed
Prepare internal financial summaries for leadership review
Ensure systems are organized, accurate, and up to date
Administrative Team Management
Supervise and support the administrative team
Delegate tasks and monitor workflow efficiency
Establish clear procedures and timelines for administrative operations
Ensure consistent communication between admin, clinical, and leadership teams
Identify gaps in systems and propose operational improvements
Qualifications
Previous experience in operations management, office management, or similar leadership role
Experience managing HR processes and administrative teams
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities effectively
Experience in healthcare, education, or behavioural services is an asset
