We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team! At Tiber River we are on a mission is creating happiness for our customers. As our Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our store. You will be responsible for overseeing and training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to all clients. In addition, you will work closely with the Store Manager. Responsibilities: Lead by example Manage and train staff Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa and store Provide exceptional customer service to guests, handling complaints and resolving issues as needed Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations Assist with developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a retail or spa management role Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems Knowledge of inventory management Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation including paid time off and health and dental insurance. Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Application question(s):
  • You will need to be available occasionally on an "on call" basis. This includes covering for when other team members are absent. This is a shared responsibility between you and the store manager. Are you okay this requirement?
Experience:
  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
  • drivers license and reliable vehicle (preferred)
