We're looking for an

experienced Assistant Manager

to join our leadership team and help us maintain smooth operations, inspire our staff, and continue building the welcoming, community-focused environment our customers love.

Qualifications

Must

be available to work both

Saturdays and Sundays

Shifts are typically

8 hours

, as early as 5:30am and as late as 6:00pm

2+ years in a leadership role

within a specialty coffee shop, cafe, or restaurant

Strong knowledge of espresso

, coffee preparation, and cafe operations Mature, responsible, and

confident directing

a team Excellent

communication

and organizational skills Able to

lead by example

in a fast-paced environment Able to lift up to 30 lbs and handle food safely Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including opening/closing procedures Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure proper stock levels Lead, delegate, and motivate staff while modeling professionalism and service standards Support training and development of baristas and bakery staff Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace Ensure high-quality customer experience and address service issues promptly
