Burgoo Bistro is a local, award winning, comfort food restaurant with four locations in Vancouver. We have been committed to comfort food and quality service for 20 years! We are currently seeking a professional Assistant Service Manager candidate to contribute to the continued success of our exciting team.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:
- Going above and beyond guest expectations
- Working all FH positions and providing oversight in our fast-paced dining room
- Complete knowledge of food, beverage and wine menu
- Staff mentoring
- Ordering and monthly inventory
- Daily bistro repair and maintenance
- Daily cash completion
- Thoughtful and innovative contributions to organizational development
- Uphold standards, policy and culture of the bistro
- Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
- Preferable experience in supervisory f&b position
- Flexible schedule around the needs of the bistro
