Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, providing customer service, and ensuring that all employees are following company policies and procedures. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, managing staff schedules, and assisting in the development of sales strategies.   • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store goals.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Provide customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all products are properly stocked.
  • Train, develop, and evaluate employees to ensure that they are meeting performance standards.
  • Monitor sales trends and adjust store operations accordingly.
  • Manage the store budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Benefits:
