For over 30 years we have been in the sporting goods industry, we are known for exclusive releases, our friendly environment and exceptional customer service. We at Groovy are seeking new candidates who share our energetic and dynamic personality. We are looking for someone who our team can rely upon to be kind, efficient and professional (with a splash of fun). We consider our customers our friends. We feel our sales associates are our ambassadors to help provide service with a smile whether on location or at the other end of the phone. We want our ambassadors to provide the same welcoming environment that you expect from your favorite place to shop. Job Type / Category Briefly, here\'s a snapshot of the day to day at Groovy as an assistant manager: - Provide outstanding customer service to our clients - Help our clients to find what they\'re looking for and ensuring they leave happy - Maintain our store standards of organization and cleanliness - Will work closely with the management team to come up with sale tactics and plan - Will help manager with scheduling and assigning positions Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Job requirements: Minimum of 3 years of assistant-manager experience Job Type: Full-time High School Diploma Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $18.50 per hour Benefits:

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
