We are adding a
Supply Chain Manager
to take full ownership of raw materials, packaging, purchasing, planning, and supplier execution -- end to end. This is a leadership role with real authority and real expectations.

: pricing, performance, lead times, MOQ strategy, backups
Production planning alignment
with real inventory and real orders
ERP-driven purchasing & traceability
(we use ERP systems + live production data)
Waste reduction
from purchasing errors, over-ordering, expiring materials
Inbound logistics & freight optimization
Food safety documentation support
(COAs, specs, traceability, recalls)
Inventory turns, safety stock, and cycle counts with real accountability
You will not be "checking emails all day." You will be running the nervous system of the factory.
What Success Looks Like in 90 Days:
No wrong materials entering production
All SKUs tied to accurate BOMs
Suppliers hitting confirmed lead times
Emergency purchasing dramatically reduced
Inventory visibility cleaned up
Purchasing decisions becoming proactive instead of reactive
Required Experience:
3+ years in
food manufacturing supply chain OR purchasing
Direct experience with
ingredients + flexible packaging film
Strong understanding of:
MOQs
Lead times
Shelf life
Traceability
Forecast-driven purchasing
ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo or similar)
Comfortable in fast-moving private-label operations
Able to talk to:
Operators
QA
Sales
Suppliers
