retail store is currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to help lead operational activities.

The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the ski season. Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Oversee cash handling procedures and Point of Sale systems activities to maintain accuracy and security. Work directly with Cleve's District Manager to plan and execute strategies to achieve the goals of Cleve's Source for Sports Ensure compliance with store policies, safety standards, and company procedures while fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and leadership.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles with supervising responsibilities. Demonstrated proficiency in retail math and cash handling. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Experience with POS systems, inventory control software, and retail sales techniques. Exceptional communication skills coupled with phone etiquette and customer service expertise.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
