We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager/Counter Sales person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with their purchasing needs. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions will be key to driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be required to provide hands on support for all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Provide detailed information about products, including pricing, features, and benefits. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the counter. Maintain a clean and organized sales area to enhance the shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Organize and maintain inventory controls Participate in training development programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Engage in retail management practices to optimize store operations and customer service. Assist Manager and Owners group to maintain a high level of teammate accountability and productivity.

Skills

Strong retail sales skills with a proven ability to sell products effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of budgeting principles to assist in managing inventory costs effectively. Experience in store management or retail management is preferred. Ability to develop training programs for new hires or team members. Proficiency in recruiting strategies to enhance team performance. Strong understanding of pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
