We are currently looking for a
Assistant Manager/Sales Lead
to join our team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for aesthetics, and knows how to lead with professionalism and warmth.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic, multi-functional role that combines clinic management, client care, front desk leadership, and sales. The right candidate will be highly organized, confident in client-facing consultations, and experienced in hitting sales targets. This person will also assist in training and coaching front desk staff, nurses, and medical aestheticians, while ensuring daily clinic operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic & Front Desk Operations
Oversee and execute daily front desk tasks including scheduling, client communications, and payment processing
Ensure the clinic is fully prepared each day -- stocked, sanitized, and running efficiently
Support and uphold clinic policies and protocols
Lead and coach staff to maintain exceptional client service and operational flow
Client Consultations & Sales
Conduct in-depth consultations with new and existing clients, creating tailored treatment plans
Educate clients on services, packages, skincare, and promote ongoing care plans
Actively work toward monthly clinic sales targets through upsells and cross-promotions
Build strong client relationships and support retention strategies
Staff Support & Leadership
Help onboard and train new team members across roles
Coach and support team members on sales techniques and client experience
Collaborate with the Clinic Director to identify process improvements and staff development opportunities
You Are:
A self-starter with
strong organizational
and multitasking skills
Experienced in
aesthetic or luxury retail sales
, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Confident in conducting consultations, creating treatment plans, and converting leads into sales
A
natural leader and team player
who uplifts others and brings positive energy to the team
Passionate about skincare, beauty, and wellness -- with a genuine interest in medical aesthetics
Able to work independently, while being flexible and adaptable to business needs
Comfortable working Saturdays (mandatory)
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years in a
client-facing, sales-focused role
(preferably in aesthetics, med spa, or luxury retail)
Prior experience in
clinic operations or front desk coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Zenoti or similar clinic management software is an asset
Must be available to work
Saturdays
and occasionally travel between Ajax and Port Hope
