Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityReporting to and in collaboration with the Renal Program Health Services Manager, the Renal Program Assistant Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Western Zone Dialysis Program including responsibility for staffing, attendance management, performance appraisals, scheduling, payroll, selection of new staff and projects supporting clinical operations. The Renal Program Assistant Manager keeps the Health Service Manager aware and up-to-date of any significant events. The Renal Program Assistant Manager plans, co-ordinates and participates in quality improvement, patient safety, Accreditation and ROP compliance, standardization and promotion of home therapies. The Renal Program Assistant Manager acts as a role model and patient safety advocate and exhibits team building, mentorship and leadership skills.
