Reporting to the Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Programs and Logistics, the jobholder assists in overseeing the activities in his or her unit, ensuring compliance with the standards and a high-quality service offer for the population. The jobholder manages human resources, organizes trainings and special events and assists the Manager in planning the seasonal activity and employee schedule.
