Reports directly to store manager
Open & close the store and perform opening/closing duties
Meet personal and store sales goals
Oversee management of sales associates and assist them in meeting their objectives
Assist customers and meeting their needs
Contributing to Creating a welcoming environment for all customers welcomed into the store
Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
Making sure store looks neat & tidy and visual merchandising is maintained
Managing operating costs & budgets
Handle complaints from customers and coming to reasonable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Act as an ambassador for the store, and set example for customers and staff
