Toronto Cardiac Diagnostics Inc. is a busy Cardiology clinic and diagnostic center located at Don Mills and Eglington Ave. We are currently looking for an experienced, reliable and committed individual who will assume the responsibility of Assistant Manager at our clinic. Hourly rate depends on the number of years experience and it starts from CAD $21. We also offer Hoopp (Healthcare Of Ontario Pension Plan) and extended benefits.
We offer a full service of cardiology testing which includes: Echocardiogram, Stress Echocardiogram, Holter, Ambulatory Blood Pressure, Myocardial Perfusion.
The position is available to those applicants who have been working in Canada and are in possession of Permanent Resident or Canadian citizenship.
The canadidate for this position should also have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position and it is offered to those willing to commit themselves to long term employment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Checking in and greeting patients at front desk
Preparation of charts for the next clinic day
Answering calls and confirming appointments
Attending to voice mails regularly
Schedule appointments for cardiac tests, initial consults and follow-ups
Uploading and downloading reports from remote transcription services
Use our EMR system to update patient information
Use our EMR system to perform billing and correct billing errors
Preparing checks for the vendors when necessary
Scanning, filing and other required duties
What you need:
Must be enthusiastic, reliable, organized and be able to communicate professionally with patients and co-workers
Receptionist experience in a cardiology clinic is preferred but not essential
Strong computer skills
Fluent in English, speaking Mandarin is desirable
Familiar with medical terminology
Quick learner
Ability to multi-task is essential
Empathic and pleasant

Monday -Friday: 8:30a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
