We are currently looking for a talented and passionate individual to work as a Assistant-Manager in our boutique in Montreal. This is a full-time position that allows the successful candidate the opportunity to grow in a challenging and rewarding work environment.

What are the responsibilities of the position?
Customer service :
  • Exceed client expectations through unparalleled, "made-to-measure" customer service.
  • Consult and advise clients on style, fashion, fabric, and fit.
  • Assist clients during the fitting process.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and respond to their demands and concerns.
  • Maintain a professional work environment and, comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies & procedures and establish best practices.

Administration :
  • Ensure regular communication with the production center and the Surmesur team.
  • Participate in the achievement of daily tasks and ensure their completion.
  • Update regularly our working tools.
  • Be the resource person for any questions related to customer service and operations in the store.

Human Resources :
  • Training and coaching of new hires
  • Preparation of team meetings with the manager
  • Maintain the team\'s performance
  • Schedule management


What experience do you need?
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail.
  • 3-5 years of sale experience (in menswear, retail or custom clothing is a definite asset).
  • Master Google tools (Doc, Sheet, Calendar, Slide, Drive, Gmail).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge in men\xe2\x80\x99s fashion or made-to-measurement garments is a definite asset.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and strives to go above and beyond.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, willing to learn and to share goals and values.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to meet the fast-paced demands of the business.
