About the team

Our brand is beauty, and Marketing makes sure the world knows it. Our team of analysts, managers and creatives builds new and exciting ways to engage Sephora Canada clients, with advertising campaigns, promotions and fun in-store experiences. The team supports our digital initiatives, plans our loyalty program, writes promotional copy and more. Every day, Marketing tells the world that Sephora is the leader in beauty, promoting an inspiring brand so many Canadians have come to love and trust.

What you\'ll do

You will support the Campaigns & Content team as we build brand equity, client engagement, and competitive advantage across our campaign activations. You will play a role encouraging collaboration and driving executional excellence through a variety of cross-functional teams and cross-border counterparts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support Senior Manager across breakthrough local campaign activations to build awareness, brand love and drive sales, from inception through to execution and hind-sighting, driven by insights and long-term strategies
  • Collaborate with US teams to track and amplify leveraged campaigns, ensuring strategic local alignment
  • Review and ensure campaign creative meets business objectives, accuracy, and language considerations
  • Develop content and brief for Internal Communications, Store Communications, and Education related to campaign execution
  • Keep things organized and on track by managing calendars, trackers, and documents with precision
  • Assist with budget management, including purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation
  • Cultivate positive relationships cross-functionally across numerous functions across Sephora, both within and outside of the Marketing department, and across multiple levels
  • Partner with Project Management, Translations, Creative, and Store Communications to bring our campaigns to life!
  • Actively participate in annual business and marketing planning process, supporting the Senior Manager
What you\'ll bring:
  • 2-5 years\' experience of proven campaign execution experience; project management, cross-functional team experience
  • A passion for collaboration, and creativity to bring new insights to the team, as well as build on existing ones!
  • Organization skills and have a knack for managing your time and prioritizing tasks while maintaining quality and expectations
  • You are motivated by a fast-paced environment
  • You\'re agile, a self-starter that takes initiative
  • Technically savvy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A data-mindset to help drive decisions and recommendations
  • Passion for the Beauty business!
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business related degree or equivalent experience
