Your role involves using your ability to make quality decisions and optimize work processes to manage a portion of a subset of sales and operations activities. You are responsible for overseeing your group\xe2\x80\x99s service offer and for developing and implementing its business plan. With an ability to develop talent and drive results, you are able to effectively manage people and performance, produce reports and ensure member/client satisfaction.
General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities
Support your immediate supervisor by helping to develop business strategies in line with Desjardins\xe2\x80\x99s strategic priorities and the unit\xe2\x80\x99s challenges.
Ensure the quality of services and business relationships, and manage the member/client experience.
Implement and monitor the action plan to achieve target results.
Put in place management and communication practices that promote talent acquisition and management, team synergy and change management, in keeping with Desjardins\xe2\x80\x99s values. Lead, coach and motivate the team to develop skills, boost engagement and empower employees.
Implement and develop a competitive, profitable service offer that incorporates partnerships with other components in order to provide an exceptional member/client experience.
Ensure the efficiency and continuous improvement of processes, and boost profitability.
Promote the Desjardins brand and strengthen the organization\xe2\x80\x99s roots in the community.
Uphold Desjardins\xe2\x80\x99s cooperative values.

Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Hold a Mutual fund sales representative certificate issued by the Autorit\xc3\xa9 des march\xc3\xa9s financiers and Financial planning certificate - Autorit\xc3\xa9 des march\xc3\xa9s financiers
