The Mash is an independent craft beer and pizza chain currently operating in Alberta. We are a sister company to Half Hitch Brewing Company, and are looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual with a passion for the hospitality industry who is looking to expand upon their experience for our full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager position for our Chestermere location set to open February 2023. This individual will enjoy interacting with our guests, taking pride in themselves in addition to providing excellent customer service and working well in a team-oriented environment. They are interested in craft beer, and are willing to learn how to create our unique pizzas, and will be the main body on the floor. This is a working manager position, so this individual has to be comfortable serving/hosting or making pizzas depending on the need of the business. Summary of Position:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store to ensure that the philosophy of the company is maintained and that company policies, procedures, and standards are met. You will be reporting to the District Manager, and will have a hands on approach to The Mash at Marda Loop. Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable current food and beverage supervisory and/or management experience
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Computer literacy in MS Office and POS experience
• Must have sound knowledge of food and beverage products
• Ability to manage and communicate with all levels of personnel
• Pride in appearance and experience
• Must be able to perform manual duties that involve lifting objects of reasonable weight
