A true ambassador for the company, they will be called upon to welcome, advise, and retain customers, in addition to being a key player within the team. List of responsibilities The responsibilities of the assistant manager are divided into two components: Sales / Management. Supporting the manager in their sales-related duties: \xc2\xb7 Meeting the store\xe2\x80\x99s sales goals, following up on them, and implementing the necessary actions to optimize them; \xc2\xb7 Maintaining a high standard of customer service and an outstanding shopping experience; \xc2\xb7 Achieving their sales goals; \xc2\xb7 Coordinating product marketing activities (promotions, demos, etc.); \xc2\xb7 Coordinating inventory validation, targeting problems, and making the necessary adjustments; \xc2\xb7 Intervening and solving problems with customers; \xc2\xb7 Coordinating issues related to the establishment. Supporting the manager in their management-related duties: \xc2\xb7 Performing ongoing employee training; \xc2\xb7 Determining and communicating employee sales goals (SPH, DPT); \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the application of the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures; \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the application of workplace safety programs; \xc2\xb7 Completing employee work schedules. Required qualifications \xc2\xb7 Holding a diploma of vocational studies in sales consulting; \xc2\xb7 Possessing a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management in the retail sector; \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of MS Office suite; \xc2\xb7 Being available to work days, evenings, and weekends. \xc2\xb7 ability to manage multiple activities at the same time. #indeedon Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $15.50-$27.02 per hour Benefits:
