Competitive compensation:

Based on demonstrated experience and skill. Weekly pay.

Qualifications:

Experience:

1+ years of gardening or horticultural experience would be an asset.

Physical demands:

Ability to lift heavy loads and work in all weather conditions.

Equipment proficiency:

Comfortable with lawn and garden maintenance equipment (blowers, mowers) is considered an asset

Gardening knowledge:

Basic understanding of accepted gardening practices.

Driver's License:

Clean G class driver's license would be an asset (abstract required)

Work ethic:

Experience working long, physically demanding hours (10-10.5 hour days).
