What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Coach, lead, and mentor a team of cooks under your direction
• Ensure and maintain a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment
• Maintain positive relationships between the FOH/BOH teams
• Maintain purchasing, ordering, and food storage standards
• Ensure proper training of line and prep team members
• Be present during peak service volumes and execute effectively
• Delegate tasks and follow through on their completion

What you bring:

• Previous kitchen management or supervisor experience
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of components contributing to food cost control
• Ability to remain level-headed and calm under pressure
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Organization and a keen attention to detail
• Strong interest in developing and motivating others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
