We are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support our Chef from Italy. In order to apply for this position, you must have 10 years experience in a reputable restaurant and managerial experience with be an asset. Full time 44 hour work week with two days off. Must be quick and have the ability to be vocal in a kitchen) Job Duties: -Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required -Follow recipes and presentation specifications -Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently -Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation -Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
