Job Description

As an HR & Administration assistant, you need to managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, handling payroll data, coordinating HR activities, and serving as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with policies. Their duties bridge administrative tasks with core HR functions, maintaining confidentiality and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, preparing offer letters, and managing candidate communication. Coordinating new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, explaining policies, setting up workstations, and providing welcome packets. Maintaining accurate digital and physical files, updating HRIS/HRMS systems with new hires, changes, and terminations, and tracking time-off (vacation, sick leave). Providing data for payroll processing (absences, bonuses), assisting with benefits enrollment, and resolving employee questions. Scheduling meetings, managing departmental emails/phones, preparing reports and presentations, and organizing conferences and events. Answering employee queries, addressing complaints, and supporting disciplinary processes.
*Ensuring adherence to internal HR policies and external labor laws.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Requirements:
*University/College Diploma in Human Resources or related Business Field.
*Excellent communication both oral and written.
*Solid organizational skills.
*Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs, Google Sheets capabilities.
*Able to deal with multiple tasks, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
