Who we are looking for: The Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre Winnipeg is searching for an Assistant Front Desk Manager. This position will require exceptional organizational abilities and positive engagement with employees and guests at all times. Only candidates with accomplished performance management and guest service satisfaction skills will be considered. Successful candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends.
What you will learn: You will learn a full working knowledge of the SkyTouch Hotel Operating System and Daily Guest Room Operation Procedures. Candidate will attend department meetings as well as professional development courses and workshops.
Position Summary: Through the guidance of the Front Desk Manager, support the daily operations of the Guest Services Department by providing superior guest service. Provide assistance to employees from other departments, and ensure proper procedures, policies and standards are being followed.
