Krispy Kreme Canada recherche des assistants-gerants, dynamiques, motives et accueillants pour gerer son magasin a Ville de Quebec, au Quebec. Pour poursuivre notre croissance au Canada, nous recherchons des personnes exceptionnelles capables de diriger, de motiver et de collaborer avec leur eKKuipe. Vous devez comprendre la passion de nos clients et de nos employes pour notre marque.

Le/La assistant(e)-gerant(e) relevera du/de la directeur(trice) general(e) et sera responsable de l'exploitation du magasin, notamment de la supervision de la production, des ventes et des ressources humaines. Il/Elle devra former et collaborer avec une eKKuipe d'employes professionnels, generer un chiffre d'affaires maximal et assurer la satisfaction des clients et des employes. De plus, le/la assistant(e)-gerant(e) devra maitriser parfaitement le processus de production des beignes et maintenir un haut niveau de qualite des produits.

Exigences : Etre un(e) assistant(e)-gerant(e) experimente(e) et avoir une bonne experience pratique en restauration ou en commerce de detail, et etre capable de constituer des eKKuipes et de former des personnes pour atteindre un objectif commun. Nous sommes une entreprise de vente au detail axee sur l'experience client et tous les responsables doivent etre disponibles pour travailler tous les quarts de travail, y compris les soirs et les week-ends.

Assistant Managers

to help manage our location in Quebec City, Quebec. As we continue our growth in Canada, we are looking for special individuals who can clearly lead, motivate and work with their team and you should be someone who understands the passion that our fans and employees have for our brand.

The Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager and is responsible for store operations, including overseeing aspects of production, sales, and human resources. This involves developing and working with a staff of professional employees, generating maximum revenue, and ensuring both customer and employee satisfaction. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for having a thorough understanding of the doughnut production process and maintaining a high level of quality products.

Requirements:

Must be a hands on, experienced leader, in a restaurant and/or retail environment as an assistant manager and be able to build teams and develop people to meet a common goal. We are a customer experience retail business and all managers must be available to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
