- Being a direct report for the front of house Team Members, assisting in ongoing projects, and championing development.
- Contributing to all marketing activations, driving sales growth.
- Exhibiting heart and soul, thriving in a busy environment, and being social and outgoing.
- Supporting team member recruitment, selection, training, and development.
- Guest experience, restaurant ambiance and environment; including guest safety.
- Employee scheduling and labour forecasting
- Maintaining processes and procedures.
- Support with inventory and purchasing.
- Cleanliness, upkeep and food handling safety.
- Leading by example with the company\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x9cImpactful Leadership\xe2\x80\x9d philosophy.
- 4+ years restaurant experience
- 3+ years management experience
- Smart Serve or equivalent certification
REQUIREMENTS
- Charismatic
- Dependable
- Experienced with natural leadership abilities
- Have a passion for this industry and truly understand customer service
